"This is Water" : A New Way of Thinking

So as, you all know, I have created a project (The Natural Beauty Project) that covers topics like bullying to self worth. Well, I saw this video (below) a couple of days ago. It's very interesting way of thinking. But its also 100% true. I'm always thinking that everyone has trials their overcoming, battles their fighting right now that I have no knowledge about. So I try to smile at strangers or just be kinder in my doings. And after I saw this video, I was so glad I wasn't alone in this thinking. I have witnessed a lot of trials in my life time, and so have you. We have all felt the despair a failed class brings, or death of a loved one, or even just a bad day. We have all felt it; every single one of us. And so this brings the question forward in my brain; "If everyone of  us is battling through a hard time in life, then why must we be so rude, or impatient or ignore the strangers or friends we see day in and day out?" I have asked myself this question for years and there is still not an answer good enough to suffice. I have experienced things in a way no one else has. You have experienced things in a way no one has has. But we have all felt the same way at one point or another.
So here is what I propose: We need to be kinder to the lady at the checkout stand at the grocery store. If you pass by someone you don't know, stop looking at your feet and say "hello!" or just a smile! You honestly don't know what anyone is going through and your smile could be a turning point.
Have you ever talked to someone you've never met for just a few minutes and as they walk away it feels like they kissed your face? You just felt so much love radiating from them through their kind words and energy it feels like they just came up to you and gave you a big hug?  Lets be 'that person' for everyone else. Because we have all been down in the dumps due to bad days that seem to be going on forever or battles in our personal  lives that are just too hard to handle sometimes.

So please, next time your running errands, or at work or school, just see people for what they are; which is a person fighting battles we have no knowledge of. Put it into perspective, and share the love I know you all have bursting to come out.
